Description:

Jonathan Palmer will lead a discussion of 19th century transportation systems including the Erie Canal, Susquehanna Turnpike, Ulster & Delaware Railroad, the original Catskill Mountain Railway, and the Otis Elevating Railway. A 25 ft.-long profile drawing from the original 1881 Catskill Mountain Railway will be discussed and on display.
